Install ImageMagick, Ghostscript & PHP Imagick extension (PHP 8.5)

Installs ImageMagick, Ghostscript, and the PHP Imagick extension for PHP 8.5. Enables the extension for both FPM and CLI, and updates the ImageMagick security policy to allow PDF processing via Ghostscript.
