Install NetData for server monitoring

Installs the popular NetData monitoring tool ... which you can then access via: http://SERVER_IP:19999/

Uses pre-install and install steps from: https://github.com/firehol/netdata/wiki/Installation
and then opens port 19999/tcp on the ufw firewall
