Install an auto update script

Add an auto update shell script you can use with Laravel Forge's "New Scheduled Job" feature.

• It updates the packages list
• It automatically installs security critical updates
• It downloads packages ready for updating (so your manual updates will be quicker)
• It deletes abandoned packages from the cache
